Production Operator on 4x8 Shift Schedule (M/F/D)
Job Summary
As a Production Operator (M/F/D), you are responsible for operating an automated production line, working 4x8 shift schedules.
A day in the life of a Production Operator (M/F/D)
- Operate automated production equipment
- Replenish production lines
- Manage raw material stock via computer systems
- Analyse various causes of breakdowns and report issues
- Perform adjustments and first-level maintenance
- Contribute to the implementation of TPM (Total Performance Management) methodology
- Carry out and document quality controls
- Ensure information transfer during shift handovers
- Participate in continuous improvement
- Ensure proper application of 5S and line cleaning
Your strengths for success
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Automated Machine Operator or training in a technical/food sector
- Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- Willingness to work shift schedules
- Excellent oral and written French skills
- Possession of a driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
