Description
As part of the strengthening of its Quality Control laboratory, our client, a recognised player in the pharmaceutical industry in the Geneva canton region, is looking for a Physico-Chemical QC Technician for a 6-month assignment.
Physico-chemical QC Technician
Your responsibilities
- Perform physico-chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediate products and finished products (HPLC, GC).
- Carry out tests in accordance with procedures and GMP requirements.
- Ensure the review and documentation of analytical results.
- Participate in laboratory investigations (OOS, deviations, CAPA).
- Contribute to equipment management and maintaining the qualified status of the laboratory.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities of the QC department.
Your profile
- Scientific training (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Laboratory or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a Quality Control laboratory within a pharmaceutical, biotechnological or medical device environment.
- Strong knowledge of physico-chemical analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, titration, dissolution or similar techniques).
- Good command of GMP environments.
- Rigorous, autonomous person with a good team spirit.
- French is required. English is an asset but not essential.
