For our company based in Nyon, we are looking for an engaged personality for immediate or agreed entry as:



Payroll Specialist, 40-60%



Your responsibilities:

  • You ensure complete, punctual and quality payroll administration from A to Z for our sites in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland
  • You enter hires and changes in the Abacus system
  • You participate in the preparation of statistics, reports as well as quarterly and annual closings
  • You expertly manage everything related to LPP, APG, AVS, LAA, withholding tax, etc.
  • You are responsible for year-end tasks such as salary review, social insurances, compensation office, etc.
  • You competently advise employees and the HR team on salary and social insurance matters
  • You actively contribute to the optimisation of the new Abacus payroll system – especially in process and project optimisation

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and further training in HR/Payroll
  • Minimum 2 years experience in personnel and payroll administration
  • Excellent Excel skills, experience with Abacus highly appreciated
  • Fluency in French and German, spoken and written
  • Autonomous and precise working method, with a loyal and reliable personality
  • Warm, humorous and service-oriented personality
