As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

• Responding effectively to specific care requirements.
• Planning, organising and providing care that meets quality standards, in line with the institution's charter.
• Offering personalised care.
• Applying the institution's protocols and procedures.

• A reference structure specialised in home care, placing particular importance on personalised care and close relationships,
• Care rounds within a limited geographical area, by bike, car or on foot,
• Continuous day shifts, morning, evening or split shifts.

To succeed fully in this role, you distinguish yourself by the following qualities and skills:

• You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross Recognition;
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse;
• You have a successful initial experience in oncology or HAD service;
• You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss care network;
• You are organised, flexible and adaptable;
• You are comfortable with IT tools;
• You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable cycling;
• You are confident managing emergency situations independently and are in control of your emotions;
• You demonstrate great interpersonal skills and discretion; your criminal record is clean.
