Your responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and comprehensive support to residents within the framework of a psychiatry, addiction and harm reduction mission
• Actively participate in the implementation and monitoring of individualised therapeutic projects
• Support residents in their daily lives by promoting their autonomy, well-being and dignity
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily with the nursing and educational team
• Contribute to handovers and continuity of care between day and night teams
• Participate in institutional life and collective projects

Your profile

• Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland (Red Cross recognition mandatory)
• Strong interest and/or experience in mental health, addiction and harm reduction
• Ability to listen, show kindness and provide respectful support
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and rigour in managing situations
• Team spirit and willingness to engage in an institutional dynamic
• Good command of French
• Driving licence
