Night Receptionist
Your Mission:
At the heart of the customer experience you contribute every day to offering an impeccable stay by ensuring:
- Provide a professional welcome and assistance to clients during the night
- Management of payments and daily closures
- Answering telephone calls and client requests
- Perform check-in/check-out according to the establishment's criteria
- Control of the establishment's security
- Carrying out various administrative tasks related to reception
Your profile:
- Good organisation, ability to adapt to activity flows
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
- Comfortable with computer tools
- Excellent presentation and sense of welcome
- Several years of experience in high-standard hotel reception
- Proficiency in the hotel software Opera
