Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural plans in accordance with client needs and current regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure the technical and financial feasibility of projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses.
• Prepare technical drawings, models and 3D visualisations.
• Monitor and supervise construction work to ensure compliance with plans and deadlines.
• Manage project administration, including permit applications and tender dossiers.
• Participate in site meetings and resolve technical issues during the project.

Profile sought:

• Degree in architecture (DPLG, DE, HMONP or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Creativity, rigour and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
