Your responsibilities:

• Manage all metrology activities and ensure measurement accuracy

• Ensure availability, monitoring and compliance of control equipment

• Develop and improve measurement methods (3D, optical, conventional)

• Analyse deviations, ensure reliability of results and manage non-conformities

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement and product quality

• Collaborate with production, methods and development teams

Your profile:

• Training in metrology, microtechnology, precision mechanics or equivalent

• Proven experience in industrial metrology, ideally in a high-precision environment

• Mastery of measurement techniques (CMM, optical, conventional) and reading of plans (ISO GPS, GD&T)

• Knowledge of measurement data analysis (MSA, capability, etc.)

• Proficiency in metrology software and IT tools

• Rigorous, analytical and quality-oriented personality

• Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility
