What you can achieve with us
- Representing the company in the real estate market and actively developing the network.
- Identifying opportunities for acquiring new real estate projects in the Fribourg region.
- Developing project strategies for land and existing buildings.
- Conducting feasibility studies as well as usage and profitability concepts.
- Preparing convincing offers (tender procedures, competitions, calls for projects for investors).
- Coordinating internal teams and external partners.
What you bring
- Strong education and experience in the real estate and construction sector.
- Commercial mindset and good understanding of real estate markets.
- Experience or affinity for land acquisition and development.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with owners, investors, and partners.
- Strong network in the canton of Fribourg and in-depth knowledge of local market structures.
- Communication and negotiation skills in French, good knowledge of German.
- Initiative, reliability, autonomy, and a taste for teamwork.
