The Fribourg Red Cross (CRF) is a cantonal association founded in 1909, a member of the Swiss Red Cross. With around 160 employees and 500 volunteers, our institution is active in the fields of health, migration, and social affairs. We act notably in favour of all vulnerable persons, respecting the fundamental principles of the Movement.
For our Zig Zag Boutique in Bulle, we are looking for a
Manager
Main tasks:
- Manage and develop the boutique in a competitive environment
- Manage staff (employees and temporary employment programmes)
- Keep accounts and manage stock
- Advise customers
- Operate the till
- Organise the schedule
- Organise the merchandising in a modern and attractive way
Required profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a retail manager or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in managing a business, preferably in textiles
- Very good knowledge of the French language
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Strong interest in second-hand goods
