A pharmaceutical laboratory, active in the fields of pharmacy and biotechnology, is seeking its future Logistics Manager (M/F), due to a retirement.

Specialised in the production of injectables and neurological active ingredients, the site meets the highest requirements notably through its GMP certification as well as ISO 13485. Reporting to the Production Management, you ensure the smooth running of the company’s logistics activities, from purchasing to product shipping.
Logistics Manager
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase of raw materials, components and consumables from international suppliers.
- Develop and monitor the production schedule in coordination with the manufacturing teams.
- Ensure the availability of materials and optimise stock levels.
- Supervise order preparation and the monitoring of shipments destined for international and Swiss markets.
- Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical sector.
- Work closely with the Production, Quality, Supply Chain departments at our headquarters and external partners.
- Lead the logistics team daily, set priorities and support skills development.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and performance indicators.
Your skills and talents:
- Holder of a DAS or CAS in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial management or equivalent training.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment.
- Strong skills in planning, purchasing management and logistics coordination.
- Excellent organisational skills, sense of priorities and analytical mind.
- Autonomy, rigour and customer orientation.
- Ease in communication with international contacts.
- Fluent in French, excellent level of English both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
