Your duties

As part of this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Receive and dispatch parcels
• Ensure the filing and storage of products
• Enter data into our ERP system
• Carry out packaging and labelling operations
• Participate in stock management and monitoring
• Plan and organise shipments
• Provide daily support to the logistics team in its various tasks

What we are looking for

• Logistics diploma or equivalent training
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in logistics
• Previous experience in the watchmaking or jewellery sector is an advantage
• Good command of stock management software tools (ERP / SAP) as well as Microsoft Office
• Good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage unforeseen events
• Category B driving licence required
• French: native language; English: intermediate level
