For our IT department at our Lausanne branch, we are looking for:
IT Apprentices "Operations and Infrastructure" (m/f)
Your challenges:

Train company staff in the use of workstations - Install IT devices, assemble the various components and mount them
- Independently establish and handle parts of group projects forming a whole
- Analyse and learn to use new software, with their advantages, disadvantages and costs
- Choose and select the necessary equipment for the installation of networks and servers
- Plan, install, commission and configure networks, servers and workstations as well as peripherals
- Carry out testing phases of hardware and software and update them
- Prepare newsletters on new software tools and their operation
- Identify and interpret client needs and requirements for the implementation and introduction of applications
- Develop a test concept and systematically test all applications
- Ensure the security and protection of client data

Qualification obtained: Federal Certificate of Capacity as IT Specialist, option "Operations and Infrastructure"
