ICLS - Deputy Director of Nursing at 100%
Your mission
In collaboration with the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for professional practices, training, and clinical development by undertaking the following tasks:
- Promote the acquisition and updating of knowledge in the clinical field derived from EBP for continuous improvement of care quality
- Invest in knowledge transfer to nursing teams
- Initiate, lead and support projects for the development of best practices
- Develop an offer of advice, guidance and training for teams
- Support interprofessional collaboration
- Coordinate and supervise clinical reference nurses and/or student supervision (PF, FEE, FA)
- Support ethical reflection in the clinic
- Ensure coordination of the quality and safety of care domain (notably adverse events, ANQ indicators and prevalences)
Your assets
With a Master’s degree in nursing sciences, you have at least 5 years’ experience in acute care as well as confirmed experience as an ICLS. Training or initial experience in a managerial role is an advantage. Equipped with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility, you demonstrate excellent analytical, synthesis, adaptability and communication skills. Naturally open, you are proactive and have a strong interest in multidisciplinary work. Excellent command of French (spoken and written), scientific English and IT tools is essential.
