For Hälg & Cie SA, a company of Hälg Group, to strengthen the central HRM team based in St. Gallen, we are looking for a HR Business Partner 50 % for the Romandie region. The main workplace will be in Geneva or Villars-Ste-Croix.

Your mission
- Assistance and advice to managers and staff in Romandie on all human resources matters (job sharing with a second person at 50%)
- Local case management and support for corporate health management at group level
- Participation in HR projects
- Conducting training sessions
Your profile
- You are a winning personality and willing to travel in Romandie (regular rotation in our branches)
- You have completed specialised HR training and have several years of professional experience in a similar field
- You have good oral and written knowledge of German
