Mandated by one of our clients based in Gros de Vaud, we are looking for their future employee for a long-term assignment
HR Assistant (M/F) at 100%
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quick, efficient and pleasant first point of contact for all personnel management requests.
- Ensures liaison with various social insurances: health, accident, APG, AI. Declaration and follow-up of cases, monitoring of daily allowance statements.
- Management of family allowances.
- Prepares monthly salary variables.
- Maintains personnel files. Updates the database.
- Manages time tracking, clock-ins, absences, holidays and supporting documents.
- Management of jubilees, posting communications, scanning and archiving various documents.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Commercial Federal VET Diploma, HR Assistant Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years in an administrative HR role.
- Perfect command of French (writing and spelling), good knowledge of English.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Mastery of SuccessFactor and Mobatime are great assets.
