To meet the needs of one of our clients located in Morges, for long-term assignments at 80% we are looking for a:
Home Care Nurse at 80% F/M
Your mission:
- Ensure rapid and effective technical care of patients.
- Provide technical care at home to patients in oncology and palliative care.
- Ensure the transmission of information and the updating of medical records via the MedLink software.
- Strictly apply the protocols and procedures established by the institution.
Required skills:
- You are mobile, autonomous and demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation.
- You show a genuine interest in the fields of oncology, haematology, palliative care, technical care and home care.
- You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable with digital tools and smartphones, you ideally have knowledge of the MedLink software.
- You aspire to develop your skills within a stimulating environment committed to providing high-quality care services.
Your profile:
- You hold a HES nursing diploma or have recognition of your foreign diploma by the Swiss Red Cross, which is mandatory
- You are available immediately or shortly
- You have successful experience in home care (at least one year)
