HES Assistant 100%
(3-year fixed-term contract)
Your main tasks
As a member of the competence group « Production Means Design », you will be involved in a wide range of projects, often upstream of industrialisation phases. Your role will be to work on mechanical design projects and contribute to the development of our centre of excellence specialised in micromachining, characterisation and digitalisation of skills. You will be part of our research and experimentation team dedicated to the interconnected production tools of the future. Furthermore, you will provide support to academic projects and courses in our HES curriculum. You will be part of a dynamic team composed of experienced collaborators, thus offering an exceptional opportunity to acquire valuable and recognised experience. This position requires autonomy, excellent scientific skills and above all a strong motivation for learning and professional development.
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical systems or product design or an equivalent qualification, as well as initial training in mechanical and automation trades. You show an interest in developing the state of the art in the design of autonomous production means of the future, their realisation and their virtualisation. You have good skills in understanding production means as well as 3D digital tools. You are curious, enterprising and passionate. You master French and have good knowledge of English.
