OESP (Office for the Execution of Sentences)Head of the Office for the Execution of Sentences, 100%The OESP (Office for the Execution of Sentences) performs the tasks assigned by the penal code to the execution authority and the probation authority. It prepares and makes decisions regarding the execution of criminal sanctions imposed on adults. It ensures the monitoring and control of the execution of decisions from the perspective of risk and resource management, prevention of the commission of new offenses, and support for reintegration.On behalf of our client, the OESP, Spotted is looking for a Head of the Office for the Execution of Sentences, 100%.In this role, you have the following responsibilities:- Management of a multidisciplinary team of approximately 25 people.- Implementation of execution plans according to different regimes and support for detainees, in compliance with the rules of conduct applicable to them.- Creation of a pleasant, stimulating, and collective performance-oriented work environment.- Mission of public interest.- Active member of the management committee and contribution to the definition and conduct of the service.- Design and supervision of key processes, management of risks, and ensuring the quality of decisions.- Development of solid partnerships both internally and externally.- Administrative and financial management of the office.Your Profile:- Master's degree (law, economics, criminology, sociology, or other field) and solid experience in team management and the management of complex activities.- Understanding of the issues of criminal law, the judicial field, or the execution of criminal sanctions, and the ability to translate them into concrete actions.- Analytical and decision-making capacity.- Leadership that inspires confidence.
