What we will achieve together

As Head of the Marketing Unit for Electricity, Solar, and other Solutions, you will manage a team of product managers and oversee the development of the client portfolio, ensuring its relevance, performance, and alignment with market needs.

Reporting to the Marketing department, you are responsible for the portfolio of products and services in these areas. You design, develop, and bring to market solutions aimed at B2C and B2B clients in Geneva, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Your energy in the service of a sustainable Geneva

In your role, you will be expected to:

  • Design, implement, and bring to market services and products in the fields of electricity, photovoltaics, electric mobility, and telecommunications;
  • Propose and obtain validation for the positioning of offers as well as the associated business models;
  • Define the value proposition and pricing of products and services;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure products are deliverable, operable, and billable;
  • Monitor product performance and manage their evolution based on results and market needs.

Your personality and skills

You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and recognised rigour in your professional approach. Your ability to motivate and unite a team, as well as to manage cross-functional projects, enables you to operate effectively in complex environments. You show a strong sensitivity to client issues and the development of high value-added solutions. You have confirmed marketing experience, ideally in the energy sector, and proven management experience. Proficiency in English is required and knowledge of German is an asset.

Your academic background
You hold a university degree, such as from HEC or equivalent.
