For our donor contact centre in Sion, we are seeking a committed and motivated person. Together with your team, you will help to retain and support blood donors, while playing a vital role in the chain of solidarity that saves lives.



Head of the Blood Donor Contact Centre (m/f/x) 80%, starting 01.09.2026 or by agreement



Your responsibilities

  • As a group leader, you will manage a team of about ten people within the donor contact centre
  • Together with your team, you will play a key role in ensuring the blood supply in our regions through targeted invitations to donors
  • You will provide comprehensive advice on all questions related to blood donation
  • You will manage the distribution of labile blood products
  • You will ensure and continuously develop the quality of our services

Your skills

  • Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification, complemented by higher education (federal diploma, ES diploma, CAS or Bachelor HES) in management, customer relations, marketing or administration
  • Experience in team management and in the service sector (telephony, tourism). Ability to unite and support a team, strong communication skills
  • Pragmatism and autonomy, solution-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and experience in customer follow-up
  • Excellent command of French with good knowledge of German. Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation tools is an advantage
