Your area of responsibility

As Head of Project Management, you lead and develop our six-member team in Western Switzerland in the field of charging infrastructure. The team is responsible for the successful implementation of new construction projects – both public charging infrastructure and private B2B installations – focusing on time, cost and quality.

You ensure that communication with the German-speaking Switzerland team takes place and that collaboration across the language border functions optimally.

You report directly to the Asset Unit management, which is responsible for the planning, construction and operation of our charging infrastructure, and actively shape the PM organisation:

• Professional and personnel leadership as well as further development of a team of 6 project managers
• Management of the timely, cost-conscious and high-quality implementation of new charging construction projects (public and B2B) with a focus on profitability and economic efficiency
• Structuring and continuous optimisation of project control processes, design and operational standards as well as further development of PM methods in collaboration with the German-speaking Switzerland team
• Management and coordination of external partner companies as well as professional stakeholder management and communication with customers, authorities, internal stakeholders and management
• Prospectively: Taking on additional tasks as local contact person and representative of Western Switzerland (internally and externally)

Your profile

• Completed technical or business education, ideally with management training (e.g. PMP, IPMA or similar)
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in project management teams, ideally in infrastructure, energy or construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills, combined with strategic thinking and decisiveness
• Solid knowledge of project management methods as well as understanding of technical and economic contexts
• Experience in working with external partners and in stakeholder communication at management level
• Bilingualism required: French and German at business level (at least C1 in one language, B2 in the other). You are networked in Western Switzerland and function confidently in both languages
• English skills are an advantage
