Head of Beauticians
Your role as head:
- Recruitment and integration of new collaborators
- Preparation of the team’s monthly schedules
- Management and control of the cash register
- Monthly product orders and stock monitoring
- Ensure service quality and smooth running of the institute

B. Your profile:
- CFC in aesthetics (advantage) or equivalent
- First experience in team management or coordination is a major asset
- IPL diploma in Switzerland, an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Passionate about aesthetics and cosmetics
- Dynamic and with a great team spirit
- Fluent in French; other languages are an asset
- Various institutes in Switzerland, opportunity to discover the country
