Mission :

Deployment and creation of graphics and marketing and communication activities (mainly digital) for the company, under the responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager and the Sales & Marketing Director

Main responsibilities :

Graphics :

• The main task of the collaborator will be to produce ONLINE and OFFLINE graphic productions under the direct responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager.

• The scope of production covers various fields of application such as graphic creation of flyers, advertisements, QR Codes, signs for the operations, end-of-year greeting cards, graphic productions for internal services or others, assistance for sales presentations.

Support for Social Networks :

• Implement the communication strategy on social networks by regularly publishing information and activities of the establishments.
• Optimise accounts in consultation with the Head of the department.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Photography and film production.
• Analyse performance and propose areas for improvement.

Other projects :

• Follow-up work with distribution teams on Meta and/or other files
• Management of various service providers
• Assistance in writing promotional texts.
• Strong involvement in monitoring F&B activities in close connection with operations
• Creation of all kinds of materials (presentations, etc.)
• Internal communication

Cross-departmental service files :

• Lead cross-departmental projects, notably in sustainable development, creation of communication materials such as greeting cards, and coordination of tactical campaigns.
• Management of various service providers

Profile :

• Ideally with training in graphic design/digital marketing.
• Proven skills in the use of graphic software (Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, etc.).

· University degree in digital marketing, communication or equivalent training

• Operational and strategic knowledge of the main social networks
• Confirmed experience in the communication sector, hospitality or high-end service sector
• Perfect command of French and English (written & oral) – a third language is an advantage.
