Alios is a subsidiary of the Naef group specialising in transformation and energy renovation projects of buildings. It offers a complete range of services from design to completion. In addition to these standard services, it carries out specific studies: financial, technical and environmental. It also acts as Site Management for new projects.

With a team of experienced architects and specialists, we combine experience and skills in architecture, project management and construction supervision.

GE - Junior Architect - Designer



Your main tasks:

  • Develop architectural projects in a team or independently
  • Participate in feasibility studies, preliminary designs and execution projects.
  • Carry out surveys and modelling on Archicad.
  • Prepare and monitor building permit applications
  • Contribute to the administrative and technical follow-up of files.
  • Manage the various stakeholders (clients, engineers, contractors and authorities).

Your profile:

  • Architectural training HES, EPF or equivalent, or diploma as architectural designer.
  • Significant first professional experience in an architectural office.
  • Knowledge and experience of administrative practices in Geneva and Vaud.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent command of ArchiCAD software
  • Strong interest in building technology, monitoring of construction phases and awareness of sustainable development.
  • Autonomous person with team spirit, organisational skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent writing skills in French; any other language is an asset.
