Floor Porter / Cleaner (M/F)
Your mission:
A true support to the floor teams and a key player in the customer experience, you contribute every day to the excellence of our service through:
- Operational assistance to the Housekeeping teams
- Preparation and stocking of the offices
- Support for customer requests with responsiveness and discretion
- Transporting linen, welcome products and equipment to the floors
- You respect the company standards / quality charter
- You are helpful and considerate towards customers, respecting their privacy and ensuring comfort and order in the room
Your profile:
- Fluent French mandatory
- Experience in luxury hospitality
- Good physical condition
- Excellent organisation / methodology, ability to adapt to activity flows
- Team spirit, impeccable dress and personal appearance
- Autonomous and discreet
- Flexible hours (morning, day, evening, night) and available at weekends
- Excellent knowledge of cleanliness rules in hospitality
- Very good knowledge of cleaning products
- The work must be done carefully and rigorously
