Your challenges

You will be responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance interventions on our professional kitchens at our clients’ premises. In this context, your tasks will be as follows:

• Ensure commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance operations of our professional kitchens to the full satisfaction of the client.
• Participate in the installation of appliances and the assembly/installation of stainless steel furniture.
• Deliver appliances as well as cleaning products to clients.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to interventions (intervention reports, identification of spare part references, delivery notes).
• Follow up your cases from the first intervention to their closure.
• Manage the stock of spare parts present in the van.
• Provide on-call service (occasional work in the evenings, weekends and public holidays).

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma in electricity, refrigeration, automation or other equivalent training.
• Fluency in French. Knowledge of English and/or German is an asset.
• Good knowledge of the requirements of professional kitchens.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Stress resistance and respect for deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
• Team spirit.
