Your responsibilities – Renovation Department

• Take full charge of managing electrical projects within the scope of renovation works.
• Carry out technical surveys on site, analyse client needs and develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare offers, quotes and financial estimates for projects.
• Plan and coordinate the interventions of technical teams as well as the resources necessary for the proper execution of the works.
• Ensure operational, administrative and financial follow-up of projects until final invoicing.
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in site meetings and act as the interface between clients, internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth progress of works on several sites simultaneously.

Profile sought

• Federal VET Diploma as an electrician installer, electrical project manager or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in managing electrical renovation projects in Switzerland.
• Federal diploma or federal master's degree: an advantage.
• Excellent technical knowledge in the fields of renovation, transformation and maintenance of electrical installations.
• Strong organisational, planning and priority management skills.
• Developed commercial sense and excellent client relations.
• Initiative, autonomy and results orientation.
• Proficiency in common IT tools, AutoCAD and ElektroForm software as well as costing tools.
• Driving licence essential.
