As part of a long-term replacement, we are recruiting a
Digital Tools Training Officer (M/F – 100%)
whose main mission will be to manage the training structure dedicated to digital tools and to support our employees in adopting and mastering new technologies.
Your responsibilities
- Assess employees’ digital skills and define personalised action plans.
- Design, plan and deliver training sessions (individual and group) on Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive and internal tools.
- Create, update and monitor training pathways in the LMS.
- Write educational documentation, best practice guides and support subject matter experts in creating user manuals.
- Analyse technological trends and identify innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT, HR and external partners to promote the adoption of digital tools.
- Support change management during technological evolutions and application deployments.
- Raise employee awareness of digital skills issues and data governance.
- Identify, train and lead a network of super-users.
- Observe usage, analyse needs and propose improvements to the information system.
Your profile
- FSEA trainer certificate (Federal Diploma: an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Proven experience managing an online learning platform (LMS).
- Strong awareness of data security and issues related to digital tools.
- Strong enthusiasm for training and supporting users, with excellent ability to analyse needs.
- Autonomous, rigorous and structured working method.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Attention to detail, pursuit of excellence, pedagogy, curiosity and a human-centred approach.
