Based on best practices, it aims to help subscribers conduct their development, publication, and standards dissemination activities more effectively. It relies on shared infrastructure, interfaces with systems, and common solutions to reduce complexity and costs. Through these services, subscribers improve their efficiency, ensure a high level of quality, and contribute more effectively to global work. The service is entering a phase of growth and wider adoption by members. We are looking for dedicated leadership to structure its evolution as a high-value digital service for its stakeholders. The Digital Products and Services Manager will be responsible for driving the continuous evolution and expansion of the service, ensuring the provision of high-value, subscriber-centric services. The position holder will contribute to the service roadmap and ensure its execution within the framework of the overall strategy and the roadmap of the Information Technology and Digital Services department. This includes liaising with other relevant entities to identify opportunities from which subscribers could benefit in the future, supporting long-term evolution and strengthening service capabilities. Success in this role requires the ability to apply product leadership principles to manage and evolve the service. It also requires a deep understanding of the system as a whole, including its structures, governance processes, and interdependent programs. The role must be able to be performed effectively both at strategic levels and by working closely with members and stakeholders to maintain and strengthen the relevance, quality, and impact of the service. The position is part of the Information Technology and Digital Services department and reports directly to the Head of Project Portfolio and Services.Main Responsibilities- Guide the evolution, scaling, and adoption of the service to strengthen services as a whole.- Contribute to the service roadmap in alignment with the Information Technology and Digital Services department roadmap, the strategy, and priorities.- Design service plans, roadmaps, and resource management processes.- Liaise with other relevant entities to identify future service opportunities and benefits for subscribers.- Manage relationships with subscribers through proactive engagement, ensuring trust and satisfaction.- Act as the primary contact for subscribers, ensuring rapid and effective support as well as problem resolution.- Develop and implement targeted marketing and outreach actions to attract new subscribers and expand the reach of the service.- Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities, projects, and events associated with the service.- Work in collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure effective delivery of the service within the broader ecosystem.- Monitor feedback and implement continuous improvement actions.- Manage the service lifecycle, business model, overall budget, and associated activities.- Ensure compliance with standards, internal policies, and security requirements.Education and Experience- Degree in information technology, digital services, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in service management and client engagement, including leadership responsibilities.- Proven experience in product leadership within complex environments.- Demonstrated track record in the delivery and management of digital services for external stakeholders or members.- Proven ability to develop and refine services through processes and metrics.- An understanding of the system, its structure, governance, and priorities would be an asset.- Knowledge of the ecosystem, with a demonstrable ability to align technical capabilities with member needs, would be an asset.- Proficiency in English, with strong written and oral communication skills, is essential.Skills- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.- Strategic thinking ability associated with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Demonstrated client focus and excellent relationship-building skills.- Clear and confident communication, effective for interacting with senior stakeholders in varied cultural contexts.- Team spirit with the ability to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.- Adaptability and resilience in the face of evolving priorities and technological developments.- Adherence to core values: Respect, Integrity, Growth Mindset, and Exceeding Limits.- A solid understanding of the ecosystem would be an asset.Job Location: GenevaLanguages: English C1 / C2 and FrenchIf you recognize yourself in this description, please send us your application by email (with curriculum vitae, cover letter, and copies of work certificates and diplomas).We look forward to meeting you! jid73b8e23aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
