Beschreibung

ESH Médias is the leading independent press group in French-speaking Switzerland. Every day, more than 200,000 readers trust its reference media: Le Nouvelliste, ArcInfo, La Côte and other regional local titles. On paper, online and on mobile, they accompany them to understand their region, discover what drives it and participate in its life.

At a time when the media are undergoing the deepest transformation in their history, the 450 employees of ESH Médias are imagining new editorial, digital and relational experiences. The group is also diversifying its activities in radio, outdoor advertising and communication. The recent success of Nord Vaudois, which gained more than 6,000 subscribers in six months, illustrates this dynamic. ESH Médias thus builds useful, innovative local media deeply rooted in their territories.

At ESH Médias, you will contribute to reinventing regional media alongside committed teams, with a concrete impact on the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.

To develop our audiences, strengthen subscriber engagement and imagine the reader journeys of tomorrow, we are looking for our future:

Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist (80-100%)

How you will contribute to our success:

This dual-role position (strategic (30%) and operational (70%)) reports directly to the Head of Reader Market.

You will play a key role in enriching our CRM, our digital journeys and our marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for their operational implementation, optimisation and performance.

Your role:

  • Contribute to the digital marketing strategy of the Reader Market and ensure its execution;
  • Identify and test new levers, tools (including AI) and methods to improve acquisition, conversion and retention;
  • Design, execute and optimise multi-channel acquisition and retention campaigns (emailing, Google, Social ads, web personalisation, landing pages, etc.);
  • Set up targeted remarketing campaigns and optimise tactics to generate subscriptions;
  • Optimise the prospect and customer journey to our sites and applications (paywalls, conversion funnels, onboarding) to facilitate conversion and retention;
  • Collaborate with the Digital Service to evolve our digital platforms to meet future reader usage;
  • Ensure data quality. Import and exploit prospect and customer data (segmentation, scoring, behaviours) in the CRM and associated tools;
  • Be the Reader Market business referent on customer relationship management tools and bring ideas to develop them, in coordination with the Digital Service and Customer Service;
  • Participate in and support other strategic retention projects.

This position is for you if:

  • You have a higher education in marketing (university, university of applied sciences, federal diploma or equivalent training) as well as proven experience in digital marketing;
  • You have a results-driven mindset and understand how digital marketing contributes to acquisition, retention and subscription growth;
  • You are passionate about tools, data and customer journeys: you enjoy understanding how they work, configuring them and evolving them to meet business needs. Comfortable with tools such as Touchdown, GA4, Power BI or Excel, you know how to turn data into concrete actions;
  • You appreciate working in a small team where everyone directly contributes to results and where ideas quickly turn into actions;
  • You are comfortable in an environment where ideas, autonomy and execution are expected. You like to test, measure and continuously improve;
  • You know well the regions covered by our titles and understand the expectations of their inhabitants;
  • You are interested in the evolution of media and new digital usages;
  • You have professional-level English and are comfortable communicating with international providers;
  • A good command of visual creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
