As a partner of prestigious companies in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer (M/F) to join our dynamic team.

Your mission

  • Evaluate the architecture and design robust technical solutions, in collaboration with product and technical teams.
  • Deploy and maintain critical applications on hybrid architectures (On-Premise and Cloud).
  • Participate in migration strategies to the Cloud (AWS) and design native Cloud architectures.
  • Automate and optimise processes using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Implement and manage containerisation solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery quality and security.
  • Monitor performance and security of environments (On-Premise and Cloud) using monitoring tools (Grafana, Rundeck, etc.).
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and engineering team to ensure coherence and performance of deployed solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations with the engineering team to guarantee service availability.



DevOps Engineer (M/F)



Your profile :

  • Proven experience (3 years) as a DevOps Engineer or in an equivalent role.
  • Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Atlassian, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS / Azure) and issues related to migration, security, networking and access management (IAM).
  • Knowledge of operating systems Windows, RedHat and SUSE.
  • Strong skills in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and good development practices.
  • Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, adaptability and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Languages: fluent in French and good level of English.
  • Residence in Switzerland or strong willingness to relocate.

You demonstrate team spirit and good communication skills. Thanks to your organisational qualities, you are able to work independently. Rigorous and methodical, you stand out notably for your analytical and synthesis abilities.
