Attached to the Secretariat General, you will play a key role in implementing the UIG's 2026-2030 strategy and actively contribute to the deployment of FER Geneva's strategic plan. Your mission will be to assist the Secretary General in the operational management of priority projects, notably member relations, strategic projects, communication, and association life.

Your main responsibilities

  • Development, retention and recruitment of members (visits, listening to needs, network animation)
  • Design of new services and offerings for industrial SMEs
  • Facilitation of committees and thematic working groups (innovation, HR, energy transition, digitalisation)
  • Participation in the implementation of the cantonal industrial strategy
  • Support on social partnership and legal monitoring files
  • Support on vocational training files
  • Production of strategic deliverables (analyses, presentations)
  • Management of communication (website, newsletters, materials, editorial production)
  • Representation of the UIG in various commissions and working groups

Your profile

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Romandy industrial fabric and the Geneva ecosystem
  • Strong project management skills (steering, planning, coordination)
  • Analytical and synthesis ability and ease in writing (strategic notes, institutional letters)
  • Interpersonal and commercial ease to interact with SME leaders

Qualifications:

  • University or HES degree in economics, management, political science or related field
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
