Description
The holder of this position leads the development and validation of a consolidated and reliable demand plan for all Business Units in MTO, ATO and MTS environments, while ensuring the continuity of planning activities as the Master Planner's back-up.

Your responsibilities
Demand planning
- Collect, review and compile comprehensive requirements (sales, programmes, R&D, engineering)
- Propose market monitoring tools, develop forecasting models.
- Understand the impacts of demand variations on supply.
Data Analyst
- Maintain data, organise the databases necessary for the activity.
- Participate in budget processes (development and reviews of the annual budget, multi-year projection).
- Periodic reporting, rolling forecast.
Continuous improvement
- Propose improvement actions to achieve the company’s objectives
- Ultimately, establish and lead an S&OP process
Your profile
Analytical, structured and process-oriented
Sense of priorities
Ability to synthesise and present scenarios
Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, advanced Excel, PowerBI, AI). Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Good interpersonal skills and communication sense
Listening and assertiveness
Master’s degree from a business school or engineering school
APICS certification is a plus
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics or industrial environment.
Management of an S&OP process is a plus
