The Orbe – La Vallée Daycare Network, an optional entity of the ARAS Jura-Nord vaudois, brings together 23 municipalities in the region. The network's mission is to offer pre- and after-school collective daycare (14 facilities), as well as family-based care that meets the evolving needs of children.In the context of the opening of our new 22-place daycare in Lignerolle, we are looking for an indefinite period for a:Daycare Manager at 45%General MissionYou manage a childcare facility and are responsible for the proper functioning of the establishment in the pedagogical, financial, and human resources fields, in collaboration with the services. You ensure the supervision of children and lead actions that contribute to fostering their development on a motor, cognitive, emotional, and social level. Together with the team, you ensure the quality of care and the maintenance of links with the actors and partners surrounding the children and their families.Profile- ES/HES degree or SEFRI recognition- Confirmed professional experience in a similar position (minimum 5 years) with managerial experience- Training in team management recognized by the SCAJE (or to be obtained within 2 years after taking office)- Knowledge of the business software CSE KIBE, an asset- With a solution-oriented approach that fits into a systemic vision, you are also recognized for your leadership and personal commitment.
