Your mission, should you choose to accept it

Your goal: to transform raw data into a strategic lever to support the Operations departments (supply chain and customer service). You will ensure the reliability of key indicators to enable proactive and enlightened management of our organisation.

• Complete mastery of the pipeline : You manage the entire data lifecycle, from preparing the extraction (in collaboration with Data Engineers) from the DWH to the production deployment of dashboards in our BI tool;

• Business Partner : In close collaboration with the business teams, you translate their operational challenges into concrete analytical solutions;

• Projects : You will also participate in various cross-functional team projects, according to current priorities.

Your experience - Your education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data management, engineering or equivalent field;
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Data Analysis / BI, including in-depth expertise in Supply Chain flows (stock, procurement) and Customer Service (satisfaction KPIs, monitoring support service performance).

Your skills - Your qualities

• Excellent command of SQL and relational databases;
• Proven experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) and mastery of Github for versioning;
• Good command of Tableau Software, to transform data into clear and impactful reports;
• In-depth knowledge of the ERP Odoo (underlying table structure) is a major asset;
• Rigorous and results-oriented approach;
• Ability to collaborate with business teams, understand their needs and design relevant solutions.
