Description
The Vaud Health Networks serve the population and care partners of the canton of Vaud. They aim to provide a high-performing and innovative regional health system that meets the needs of the population as well as its members.
The SI-CORES team is mandated by the General Directorate of Health (DGS) and the 4 health networks covering the territory of the Canton of Vaud (Lausanne Region Health Network, North Broye Health Network, Haut-Léman Health Network, La Côte Health Network). This team is responsible for the maintenance, development and deployment of the Computerised Patient Record used by network staff, within the framework of the development of a guidance project, a clinical pathway or a simple information request. The SI-CORES team also ensures the development and deployment of the tools necessary for the implementation of cantonal programmes within the networks, and their interconnection with the information systems of other health partners. The team also collaborates on the development of eHealth projects coordinated by the DGS. Finally, the team produces statistical elements necessary for the management of the networks and certain public health programmes.
To complete this team of three collaborators, we are looking for a:
Data analyst & helpdesk at 80%
Your mission :
- Data analysis and reporting
perform extractions and analyses for internal management and external reporting.
- First-level user support for the Health Networks' application and BI tools
ensure reactive and effective user support.
- Incident management and escalation
analyse technical problems and ensure structured transmission to level 2.
- Collaboration with technical teams
maintain continuous liaison with teams responsible for tool development and maintenance.
- Documentation and data traceability
develop and maintain documents necessary for continuity and traceability of processed data.
Your profile:
- Scientific Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years’ experience in data analysis
- User support experience
- Good command of SQL and knowledge of a BI tool (e.g. Tableau)
- Analytical skills, synthesis ability and good writing skills
- Versatility
- Service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork
- Organisational skills, reliability and discretion
- An interest in and/or significant experience in the health sector would be an advantage
