Your mission / You will be responsible for activities related to cremations at the Funeral Centre, including receiving bodies, preparing and sealing coffins, cremations, burials, grave maintenance, exhumations, and grave-digging work. In contact with bereaved families, you adopt a respectful and appropriate attitude in emotionally difficult situations. You participate in the general maintenance of cemeteries and associated buildings. During the winter period, you take part in snow clearance duties, which involve on-call periods and residence near La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Your profile / Personal skills / Discreet in carrying out your tasks and psychologically resilient, you demonstrate diplomacy, empathy, and composure. You have good physical fitness, a neat appearance, and interpersonal skills. Managing stress and emotions in a sensitive and sometimes emotionally charged context is essential. Endowed with strong ethics, you are respectful in the presence of bereaved persons and respond to difficult situations with calm and self-control. You are dynamic and motivated. You possess excellent interpersonal qualities and can work independently. You hold a driving licence (category B).
