OFISA Informatique SA is a human-sized IT services company based in Renens, active in the installation, support, and integration of specialised software in the fields of financial management, payroll, public authorities, and property management, mainly relying on ABACUS, innosolvcity, and innosolvenergy products.

We are looking for a



Consultant "ABACUS" HRIS/Time and Absence Management at 80-100%



Your mission

  • Needs analysis and advice to our clients on software integration
  • Application configuration
  • Presentation of software updates to our clients and implementation of new modules
  • Organisation and facilitation of business workshops and training for clients
  • Version migration and business testing during software version changes
  • Documentation of business processes
  • Ongoing support to our clients in using the ABACUS ERP
  • Follow-up of support cases and advice to clients

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in the relevant business areas
  • Recognised experience in the ERP world, affinity with IT
  • Bachelor's degree in business informatics and/or HR certificate
  • Consulting skills, quick perception and good understanding of clients' specific processes
  • An asset: knowledge of ABACUS
  • An asset: knowledge of German
