With us, you take responsibility for demanding projects – from the initial idea to successful commissioning. You lead people, manage complex processes, and always keep quality, costs, and deadlines under control.
What you can achieve with us
Overall responsibility for demanding construction projects or management of several trades
(from the design and development phase to commissioning)
Project management from SIA phase 32 with responsibility for planning, execution, and quality
Creation and control of scheduling programmes as well as active optimisation of construction processes
Coordination and leadership of contractors, project staff, and specialist planners
Professional and personal leadership, support, and development of your team
Clear leadership role with a strong role model function – especially in safety
Close collaboration with internal departments to achieve optimal project results
Preferred contact person for our clients
Interface to subcontractors, suppliers, specialist planners, and authorities
Conducting negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
Overall responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs
Active identification, assessment, and management of project risks and opportunities
Implementation of environmental goals and the project’s CO2 strategy
Representation of the company externally and consistent adherence to our guidelines
What you bring with you
Basic training in the construction sector
(university, university of applied sciences, construction management school, or vocational training)
3–5 years of experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally with a total or general contractor
High technical competence combined with pronounced social and leadership skills
Strong communication skills, reliable, and assertive
Clear, customer-oriented attitude and professional appearance
Excellent organisation, resilience, and ability to prioritise – even under pressure
Confident in negotiations and decisive
Lived safety culture and genuine awareness of sustainable development
Team player with structured risk management
Experience with BIM and digital planning and project management tools
