As part of a long-term temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients based in the Canton of Geneva, a
Conference Operator (M/F)
Your mission:
- Complete verification of equipment (microphones, headsets, channels, computers).
- Execution of conference scenarios via user interface (AMX, Extron, Q-Sys, Cocon, Taiden/Televic). Live management of microphones, cameras, various types of recordings.
- Assistance to interpreters, secretariats and presidencies.
- Monitoring and moderation of hybrid conferences on all platforms (Zoom, Webex, Teams, others if necessary).
- Coordination with UNTV in case of webcast.
- Live monitoring of audiovisual equipment and basic troubleshooting during meetings. Closing: tidying up, restoring order, reporting anomalies.
Your profile:
- Completed secondary education or equivalent.
