For our agencies in Verbier and Crans-Montana, we are looking for a:



Communications and Events Officer Alps 60%



Your missions

Based in Verbier with regular travel to Crans-Montana, you develop and manage Naef’s presence in the Alps across all communication channels — digital, event-related, relational — ensuring coherence with the Group’s identity and standards, and contributing to the commercial performance of the Verbier and Crans-Montana agencies.

1. Digital communication and social media

– You manage and animate the local social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) in line with the Group’s editorial line and digital teams.

– You produce content adapted to the specificities of the Alpine markets: resort lifestyle, new projects, prestige, seasonal events.

– You monitor communication trends of competing Alpine markets.

– You contribute to local SEO and the digital visibility of the Alpine agencies.

2. Local event communication

– You design and organise the agency’s local events: client evenings, participation in resort events, awareness actions.

– You coordinate product launch events in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager: open days, new project presentation evenings, developer events.

– You manage the logistics of local events (suppliers, venue, communication, invitations, follow-up).

– You ensure photo/video coverage of events and post-event promotion on digital channels.

3. Local communication and partnership relations

– You develop and maintain local partnerships: hotels, clubs, resort associations, institutions.

– You ensure Naef’s presence in the local ecosystem (resort press, signage, resort newsletters).

– You manage proximity communication: agency windows, local signage, local print materials.

4. Materials and content production

– You produce or coordinate the production of local communication materials respecting the Group Communication templates.

– You write and distribute local newsletters and client communications for the agency.

– You feed the Group tools (OneNaef, portals) with the necessary content for local digital presence.

5. Reporting and Group coherence

– You regularly report to the Group Communication Manager on local communication activity.

– You ensure all productions comply with Naef’s visual and editorial standards.

– You contribute to activity reviews and audience and engagement reporting.

Profile sought

– Holder of a qualification in communication, marketing or events, you have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in operational communication, ideally in a premium or tourist context.

– You master digital communication tools: social media, content creation, planning tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).

– You have excellent writing skills in French and a good level of English (international market).

– You are capable of organising local events from A to Z.

– You master graphic creation tools (at least Canva, Adobe preferred) respecting established graphic charters.

– You have an awareness of the premium real estate sector and know the communication codes of the Alpine markets.

– Autonomous and with a strong spirit of initiative, you have a sense of networking and local relationships.

– You demonstrate rigour and have a sense of brand coherence.

– Adaptable and flexible, you know how to manage priorities according to seasons and the commercial pipeline.

– You reside in the canton of Valais, ideally equidistant from Crans-Montana and Verbier.
