This former wine farm, dating back to the 16th century, has retained its old-world charm. 12 rooms and 1 suite, all decorated with elegance and refinement, benefit from a magnificent view of the vines, the Rhône or the mountains.
To complete our team, we are looking for a
Commis Chef H/F
Required skills:
- Knowledge of culinary techniques.
- Knowledge of hygiene rules (HACCP) and food safety.
- Knowledge of products and use of kitchen equipment.
- Willingness to learn and progress with an experienced team.
Job description:
- Assist the chefs de partie with mise en place, preparation and plating of dishes according to the establishment’s technical and aesthetic standards.
- Ensure tidiness and maintenance of the workstation.
- Comply with HACCP and safety standards.
Your profile:
- CFC chef qualification (or deemed equivalent) or successful first experience in a starred establishment.
- Motivated with team spirit and ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Dynamism, punctuality and motivation.
- Neat appearance and professional attitude.
- Minimum C1 level in French required.
