On behalf of one of our clients active in the industrial sector in Vouvry, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Assistant for a permanent full-time position (100%)



Commercial assistant



This position requires a strong customer orientation, excellent cross-functional coordination and the ability to simultaneously manage several commercial, supply chain and administrative matters

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the follow-up and administrative management of strategic client files (Key Account)
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and commercial conditions
  • Coordinate contracts, sales prices and tariff updates
  • Collect, consolidate and monitor client forecasts as well as commercial information
  • Optimise client/production site allocations in collaboration with Supply Chain teams and global operations
  • Ensure the follow-up of non-conformities, complaints and client requests
  • Manage the administrative follow-up of R&D projects and samples
  • Handle existing client requests and ensure effective follow-up of actions
  • Ensure order processing, coordination with Supply Chain teams and operational follow-up
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed

Your profile:

  • Higher education such as Bachelor / Licence (commerce, management, administration or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in commercial assistance, sales support, B2B customer service or commercial back-office
  • Excellent coordination skills between multiple internal and external contacts
  • Strong customer service sense and solution orientation
  • Ease in managing priorities and multicultural environment
  • Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good command of data management / ERP tools (SAP is a plus)
  • Professional French and English are imperative
