Description
On behalf of our clients, hotel establishments, gourmet restaurants, brasseries and collective catering structures located in Geneva and its surroundings, we regularly seek experienced Chefs de Partie (M/F) for temporary assignments as well as fixed placement opportunities.
Chef de Partie
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the mise en place and preparation of dishes in your section.
- Guarantee the quality, presentation and compliance of the preparations.
- Participate in service and ensure the smooth running of orders.
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Manage goods and stocks related to your station.
- Collaborate effectively with the Head Chef and the entire brigade.
Your profile
- Training in cooking (CFC, CAP, BEP or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Excellent mastery of culinary techniques.
- Availability and flexibility for occasional or long-term assignments.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Good presentation and excellent team spirit.
- Personal vehicle and driving licence: an advantage.
