The EHL School of Practical Arts department is responsible for providing practical training in key hospitality industry skills, such as culinary arts, service excellence and customer relations. It ensures that students gain hands-on experience in real environments, preparing them to meet industry standards. Chef de Partie - 1893



Your responsibilities:

  • You participate in the production of meals served within the restaurant.
  • You participate in controlling HACCP hygiene standards and organise workstations.
  • You supervise the work of students in the field, ensuring compliance with best practices regarding techniques, hygiene and quality.

Your profile:

  • You hold a CFC or CAP in Cooking or any other training deemed equivalent.
  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, including experience in a Michelin-starred establishment.
  • You are a native French speaker and have good knowledge of English (level B1).
  • You are a flexible, positive and proactive person.
  • You have organisational skills, a strong team spirit and excellent stress resistance.
  • You have an interest in pedagogy and a desire to pass on your knowledge to students.
