The Swiss Sports Tribunal is an arbitration institution responsible for adjudicating disputes related to sport or potential breaches of certain regulations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It also serves as the disciplinary authority within the meaning of Art. 72g SpoFöV, independent from Swiss Olympic and Swiss Sport Integrity. Since 1 July 2024, the Swiss Sports Tribunal has been deciding on alleged violations of the doping statute and the ethics statute of Swiss sport by Swiss Olympic.

As of 1 October 2026 or by agreement, we are seeking a legal officer for case management and further development of the secretariat.

We are looking for a legal collaborator at 80% for case management and secretariat development from 1 October 2026 or a date to be agreed.

Your tasks

  • Administrative organisation of cases (case management)
  • Administrative and legal support of the arbitration tribunal in assigned cases
  • Preparation of hearings
  • Support for the Director of the Swiss Sports Tribunal Foundation

Your profile

  • Completed legal studies (Master), preferably with a lawyer’s licence
  • Experience in sports law or sports arbitration
  • Experience as a court clerk and/or case manager
  • Excellent knowledge of German, French, Italian and English
  • Ability to work independently and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for sport and its values
