We are looking for several clients in the canton of Geneva for long temporary assignments for Care Assistants (M/F).
Care Assistant in a Nursing Home M/F
Your mission:
- Provide hygiene/comfort/nursing care.
- Assist with washing, meals and dressing.
- Carry out maintenance tasks in the patient’s immediate environment.
- Be responsible for accompanying patients both in terms of care and interpersonal relations.
Required skills:
- You have an easy contact and good listening skills.
- You are autonomous, flexible and reliable.
- You can adapt quickly.
- You master the French language orally and in writing.
- You wish to develop your skills in a dynamic and interesting environment, with quality services.
- Knowledge of SADIES-DIR and CAREFOLIO-SIEMS software is an advantage.
Your profile:
- You hold a care assistant diploma, Swiss Red Cross recognition (a plus).
- You have a genuine interest in patient care, experience in geriatrics is an advantage.
- You have gained some initial experience.
- You are available quickly for day, split and/or night shifts.
