Your tasks

• Ensure the complete follow-up of projects, from study to completion of works.
• Participate in the technical design of installations and the development of solutions adapted to clients’ needs.
• Organise and coordinate the interventions of internal teams and external partners.
• Supervise sites and ensure respect for deadlines, costs and quality of execution.
• Manage installation teams and monitor subcontractors.
• Work closely with architects, general contractors, design offices and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering (HES) in thermal engineering, climate engineering or equivalent training.
• Proven experience of at least 4 years in project management and site supervision.
• Strong skills in worksite management and coordination of various trades.
• Knowledge of radiant ceilings, metal ceilings, island systems or other technical ceiling solutions.
• Ability to plan, organise and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in common IT tools as well as AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiative.
• Fluent in French or German, with a good command of the second language.
