To join our Building Maintenance team of 9 people, we are looking for a Building Project Manager.
Naturally autonomous and organised, you demonstrate effective management of your priorities and ongoing projects and have good communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Building Project Manager (M/F)
Your impact:
- Receive and prioritise intervention requests via CMMS, email or telephone
- Create, plan and monitor work orders until their closure
- Coordinate internal and external interventions and control the quality of services
- Collect and update reports, photos, documents and technical history
- Manage maintenance contracts, quotes, mandatory documents and financial follow-up
- Maintain and update plans, technical documentation and building project tracking tables
- Monitor periodic regulatory inspections and prepare files for audits or inspections
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Assist the Building Manager with administrative procedures, authorisations and regulatory monitoring
- Participate in specific projects (metal recovery, energy efficiency) in collaboration with domain specialists and conduct site visits
- Participate in the on-call service if needed
You make a difference if:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the building sector such as electrician, heating engineer, plumber or an equivalent qualification complemented by a technician ES training
- You have proven experience in a similar role (administrative and field)
- You are proficient in French (spoken and written) and have good knowledge of English or German
- You are comfortable with basic IT tools (Microsoft Office) and an ERP / CMMS
